Food and Beverage Production (Kitchen) Cook Full-time

Job description

Position Summary The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently to recipe and presentation standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is stored and handled following food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils Assist with inventory management and minimizing waste Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy service periods Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Requirements Proven experience as a Cook (1–2 years preferred) Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler's Certification (preferred)
