1. Introduction

Welcome to DAT Hospitality, a platform designed for connecting Hospitality job seekers with employers & Recruitment Agency, (Sub agents). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • "Application" refers to DAT Hospitality.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the application.
  • "Job Seeker" refers to individuals seeking employment through the application.
  • "Employer" refers to individuals or entities posting job advertisements.
  • "Recruitment Agency/Sub Agents" refers to entities who supports DAT Hospitality for Recruitment process.
  • "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded to the application.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DAT Hospitality, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

4. Account Registration

  • 4.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • 4.2 Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • 4.3 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

5. Use of the Application

5.1 Permitted Use: Users may use the application to search for job opportunities or to post job advertisements.

5.2 Prohibited Use: Users must not use the application for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • • Posting false or misleading job advertisements.
  • • Collecting personal data from other users without their consent.
  • • Impersonating any person or entity.

6. Job Postings

  • 6.1 Content Standards: Employers must ensure that all job postings comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not contain misleading, false, or offensive content.
  • 6.2 Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for their job postings and any interactions with job seekers.

7. Job Applications

  • 7.1 Accuracy: Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information in their applications.
  • 7.2 Privacy: Job seekers' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees and Payments

  • 8.1 All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • 8.2 Services: Some services offered by DAT Hospitality may require payment of fees.
  • 8.3 Payment Terms: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

  • 9.1 Ownership: All content and materials on the application are the intellectual property of DAT Hospitality or its licensors.
  • 9.2 License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available." DAT Hospitality makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the application or the accuracy of the information provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAT Hospitality will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAT Hospitality from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the application.

13. Modifications to Terms

DAT Hospitality reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

DAT Hospitality reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

15. Replacement and Refund Policy

  • 15.1 If a Candidate leaves the Client's employment, the Consultancy agrees to find a replacement Candidate.
  • 15.2 The Consultancy does not guarantee the suitability of any Candidate and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the introduction of Candidates.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District Court Bhavnagar.
